mighty-morphin-power-rangers-cast-then-and-nowEver since its humble beginnings in 1993 no body could predict just how morphinominal hit the show would be and 800+ episodes, 3 films later the show is still on and still hit, these are my all time favourite episodes starting with MMPR right through to the current season Ninja Steel.

No automatic alt text available. When two astronauts come across a strange dumpster on the moon, they open it, accidentally releasing Rita Repulsa and her minions: Goldar, Squatt, Baboo, and Finster. Rita then sets her eyes on the nearest planet: Earth. Meanwhile, at a local youth center in Angel Grove, California, viewers are introduced to “teenagers with attitude” Jason Lee Scott, Trini Kwan, Zack Taylor, Kimberly Hart, and Billy Cranston. Within the California desert, at the Command Center, Zordon and Alpha 5 are alerted of Rita’s escape and teleport the five to the Command Center. After receiving Power Morphers, the teens morph into the Power Rangers and take on Goldar and the Putty Patrol. Also making their debuts are the bullying but laughable Bulk, his friend the likewise bullying but also laughable Skull, and Juice Bar proprietor Ernie.Image may contain: 1 personAt the Juice Bar, Jason is trying to break Bulk’s bench-pressing record, but is unable to do so. Doubting his ability to succeed, the other Ranger teens Kimberly and Zack try to comfort him but have mixed success. At the Moon Palace, Rita decides to isolate Jason from the other Rangers by sending to Earth the King Sphinx. Using his powerful wings, the monster blows Kimberly and, soon after, Zack away from the fight, leaving Jason alone. After teleporting himself and Jason to a desert, the Sphinx is joined by Goldar. After regrouping with Billy and Trini the teens arrive at the Command Center and witness first-hand Jason’s struggle with a grown Goldar and Sphinx. No automatic alt text available.Ernie hosts a “Cultural Food Fair” at the juice bar, and the Rangers help out, offering foods from around the world to patrons. When Bulk and Skull arrive, they turn the peaceful fair into a full-on food fight. Rita is inspired by this madness and generates Pudgy Pig, a wicked monster that is always hungry. Pudgy Pig will deplete the entire world of its food supply in 48 hours unless the Rangers can thwart him. Problems arise when the villain eats the group’s Power Weapons, but Trini notices that Pudgy Pig cannot stand the taste of spicy foods. She devises a trap that hopefully will expel the weapons from the porker. No automatic alt text available.Billy’s young protege, Willie, has created his best invention yet: a hologame, which he enters into a science fair. Bulk and Skull happen upon the science fair and cause trouble. While the teens resolve the situation rather humorously, the commotion leads Willie to be disqualified. Disheartened, Willie flees, but is kidnapped by Eye Guy, a monster who plans to steal his vast intelligence. The teens morph into action but soon find out Eye Guy will not be easily defeated. Even the combined Power Blaster cannot destroy this monster. No automatic alt text available. The Ranger teens and Ernie plan a surprise party at the Juice Bar for Zack. The secrecy leads him to believe that they have all forgotten about his birthday. Rita shows that she cares–about seeing to it that he never again lives to celebrate any others, that is–by sending down a special treat, a vicious black armored monster known as Knasty Knight. Zack soon finds out he is way over his head. Happy Birthday indeed. No automatic alt text available. The gang is playing a game of volleyball when Baboo appears above the field. Without being noticed, he slips an odd red potion into the glasses of water lying on a bench. Kimberly and Billy drink the water, and suddenly start acting like real punks. Rita plots to use the divided Rangers to allow her latest monster, the Terror Toad, to destroy the town. Alpha must journey to another dimension to find a special singing squash, as only its juice can restore Billy and Kimberly to their right minds. Alpha must hurry because Jason is fighting Terror Toad alone, as Trini and Zack were already devoured. No automatic alt text available. The teens are preparing for the school dance and everyone has a date except one Blue Ranger. Billy then bumps into a brainy girl named Marge, and the two hit it off immediately. But Rita’s ally, Madame Woe, mistakes Marge for a Power Ranger and captures her. The actual Rangers come to her rescue, but can they save her or will Billy remain dateless for the upcoming dance? Meanwhile after Bulk crashes in the cake for the dance, he and Skull try to use disguises to sneak into the Youth Center to keep a low profile, but Ernie quickly catches both of them, and they are forced to pay for the cake if they want to return.Image may contain: 1 personKim goes for flying lessons with her pilot uncle Steve, with Bulk and Skull tagging along. Rita’s henchman Squatt spikes Steve’s drink with a sleeping potion, which kicks into effect while in the skies over Angel Grove. Kim nervously takes over flying the four-seater plane, but even with a little guidance from Alpha 5, can she land safely? Meanwhile, her teammates face the dreaded Snizard. To make matters worse, the bow and arrow Kim wields as the Pink Ranger are the only means of destroying the Snizard. No automatic alt text available.Billy has invented a machine that reads minds, which he tests out on himself and Kimberly. Unknown to him, however, Squatt has tampered with the machine and as a result Kimberly’s mind ends up in Billy’s body and vice versa, driving the two at each other’s throats. Rita then sends down the Genie to further complicate things. With Kimberly and Billy’s minds boggled, how can they work as a team to bottle up this fiend? In A B-Story, Bulk and Skull attempt to exploit Billy’s mind-reading machine for their own gain, but finds their minds switched as well. Aftereffects of the mind-switch on Kim include the former stereotypical valley girl revealing a cunning, clever, and intuitive side and becoming deeper and kind-hearted. Those on Billy are not immediately apparent.Image may contain: 4 peopleThe new kid in town, Tommy Oliver, has martial arts skills that rival Jason’s. This catches the eye of Rita Repulsa and her master plan to destroy the Power Rangers once and for all is prepared. She kidnaps Tommy, puts him under her spell, and by giving him a power coin of her own transforms him into the Evil Green Ranger. After infiltrating the Command Center and disabling both Alpha and Zordon, Tommy bests the Rangers in battle, sending them in retreat back to their damaged headquarters.Image may contain: 1 personWith the Command Center still incapacitated from the Green Ranger’s attack, and reeling from their first true defeat, Billy and Trini attempt to restore operations with Zordon to learn some answers about their mysterious foe. Meanwhile, Rita gives Tommy the Sword of Darkness, which acts as a catalyst for keeping him under her spell permanently. After he meets with Jason, Tommy then teleports the Red Ranger to the Dark Dimension. Trapped, with no way out, no way of morphing, and no way of contacting his teammates, Jason faces Goldar alone. Back on Earth, the remaining Rangers face the Green Ranger again. No automatic alt text available.Jason continues his struggle with Goldar in the Dark Dimension, and eventually, the Green Ranger as well. Luckily, in the nick of time, Billy is able to lock onto his signal and teleports him to safety. But with Zordon still lost, the victory is bittersweet at best. To make things worse, Rita summons Scorpina, a female warrior with a nasty sting. She fights the Rangers but is recalled by Rita as she reveals her master plan for permanently ridding the Rangers of their Zords. Phase One: Lure the supergroup out by unleashing a fully grown Goldar.Image may contain: 2 peopleWatching Goldar demolish the city via the viewing globe, the Rangers have no choice but to morph and activate Megazord–all part of Rita’s plan. A spell eclipses the sun and cuts off Megazord’s solar power reserves. Using her magic wand, Rita grows Scorpina and, soon after, the Green Ranger. The Megazord soon falls to the trio of evil. The Zords separate and scatter into a burning chasm opened by Repulsa. With their fighting spirit diminished, the Rangers return to the Command Center, where the true identity of the Green Ranger is soon revealed.Image may contain: 1 personTommy is revealed to be the Green Ranger, and Jason plans to break the spell holding him under Rita’s control. Her endgame now realized, Rita brings forth the ancient Green Dragonzord from Angel Grove bay. It begins to rampage through the city. With the Zord incapacitated, Tommy is confronted in a climactic swordfight by Jason. No automatic alt text available.Jason and Tommy team-up for an upcoming Team Ninja competition at the Youth Center. However, they have trouble working together, as both are used to sparring one-on-one. Rita then unleashes the Super Putties. As the other Rangers fight the nigh-invincible clay soldiers, Zordon sends Jason and Tommy off to retrieve new weapons. They face a strange metal creature known as Titanus, and must learn teamwork in the face of adversity…or both of them will be killed. No automatic alt text available.Prior to an upcoming dance competition, Zack, despite his usual smooth moves, has a heavy case of self-doubt. Rita is inspired, and aims to send the six Rangers to her very own transdimensional island, where a person’s worst fears become reality. She summons the celestial being known as Lokar to aid in this task, and with his wicked Mutitis creature, either the Megazord has to prove to be a match, or the Rangers will be island-bound.No automatic alt text available.Trapped on the strange Island of Illusion, each of the six Ranger teens comes face to face with their own worst fears. The island’s only inhabitant, an elf named Quagmire, appears and offers them rhyming reminders of self-confidence, but whether he is friend or foe is not immediately clear. Even if they can get off the island, the team will still have to face a second round against Mutitis…and they may not last that second round. No automatic alt text available.Kimberly wakes up on the wrong side of the bed and begins to have an extremely bad day. It becomes worse when Rita sends the Samurai Fan Man down to Earth. He traps the bad-haired, ratty-clothed, annoyed Kim inside an urn, connected to another dimension. The Power Rangers race against the clock to free her before she is permanently lost inside it.No automatic alt text available.Rita plans to use a magic candle, which, once burned out, will drain Tommy of the Green Ranger powers. Goldar then kidnaps Tommy and holds him in the Dark Dimension. The other five Rangers arrive at the Command Center trying to devise a plan to rescue Tommy. However, a monster in disguise as Dragonzord called the Cyclops becomes the focus of their attention. They battle the impostor. Meanwhile, Tommy manages to escape and calls for the real Dragonzord, and the monster escapes. Back at the Command Center, Zordon explains the whole situation to the Rangers. While still under her spell Tommy came into contact with the wax. Once the candle burns out, his powers will return to Rita.Image may contain: 2 peopleZordon explains that someone must enter the Dark Dimension and retrieve the candle if they are to save Tommy’s powers, and Jason volunteers. With Billy’s help, Alpha discovers a doorway between dimensions. The Rangers find the location and set up a device to open the doorway, Jason enters and encounters Goldar. Rita sends the Cyclops back to earth to lure Tommy out. With the Rangers detained, Tommy battles the one-eyed giant himself, and in his weakened state, he is soon overpowered. Jason is forced to abandon the collection of the candle and the Rangers morph to Tommy’s aid. The Rangers succeed in destroying Cyclops, but the victory is bittersweet as the candle has burned out.Image may contain: 2 peopleRita sends down the deadly 40-story-tall Hatchasaurus, commanded by Cardiotron. The Dinozord manages to defeat this large bird/dinosaur hybrid. But he reforms, and in reforming, he becomes more deadly, easily trashing the Megazord. To make matters worse, Rita also casts a binding spell on Dragonzord, disabling it. Jason decides to confront Cardiotron by jumping inside the Hatchasaurus. Now possessing the Dragon Coin and by calling for the Dragon Shield and Dagger, Jason armors up and attempts to break the hold over Tommy’s former zord. The Rangers summon the Zords, but Cyclopsis proves to be a tough opponent and Megazord is soon struggling; calling for Ultrazord power, the Rangers destroy Cyclopsis. Nonetheless they return to the battlefield. Cyclopsis proves too much and severely damages both Megazord and soon after Dragonzord. They fall back to Billy’s lab to regroup, where Goldar greets them. After trashing Billy’s garage, the teens scramble to the Command Center, where Alpha 5 has some exciting news about the War Zord’s main weakness. REVIEW: THE CROW 2: CITY OF ANGELS

CAST

Vincent Perez (Queen of The Damned)
Mia Kirshner (The Vampire Diaries)
Richard Brooks (Blue Jean Cop)
Iggy Pop (Persepolis)
Thomas Jane (Dreamcatcher)
Thuy Trang (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers)

The film is set in Los Angeles, where drug kingpin Judah Earl (Richard Brooks) has mechanic Ashe Corven (Vincent Pérez) and his eight-year-old son Danny (Eric Acosta) killed after they witness a gang of Judah’s thugs murdering a fellow drug dealer.

Sarah from the first film (Mia Kirshner) is now an adult, working in a tattoo parlor by day, and painting surreal images of death and resurrection in her apartment at night. She is haunted by disturbing dreams about Ashe and Danny, and after a day’s work in the tattoo parlor, Sarah is visited in her apartment by a large crow as she contemplates a ring that Eric Draven gave her years before.

Sarah follows the crow to the harbor at night on All Saints’ Day, and witnesses Ashe’s resurrection and frantic escape from his watery grave. She takes him to her apartment. When Sarah tells Ashe he is dead, he panics and runs screaming into the night, ending up at his own home, where he relives the final moments of his life.

Sarah arrives there to find Ashe brooding, and she explains to him why he has been resurrected by the Crow so he can take revenge against the criminals who killed him and Danny. With the guidance of the crow, Ashe starts killing Judah’s henchmen, one by one. Ashe first visits Spider-Monkey (Vincent Castellanos) in a drug warehouse and interrogates him as to who else was involved in the murders. Ashe then kills him by blowing up the building. Another of Judah’s lackeys, Nemo (Thomas Jane), is spending the night at a peeping booth. Ashe appears in the booth, kills him, and leaves him with a doll stuffed in his pants, and a paper crow in his mouth.

Judah has in his employ a blind prophetess named Sybil (Tracey Ellis) who is able to ascertain Ashe’s link to Sarah and to the crow that is the source of his powers. Judah captures Sarah in order to draw Ashe to him and steal his power.

One of the murderers, Kali (Thuy Trang), goes to Sarah’s apartment to draw Ashe out. While battling her, Ashe realizes that Kali is the one who killed Danny; enraged, he throws her against a wall that breaks her leg, and then out a window, leaving a crow-shaped blood pattern. Ashe then pursues Judah’s right-hand-man, Curve (Iggy Pop), in a motorcycle chase. Ashe shoots Curve’s motorcycle, which blows up and throws Curve onto the road. Ashe then drags Curve into the nearby river, leaving him to die as local parishioners cast down flower petals in the shape of a crow. On the day of the annual Day of the Dead festival. Judah captures the crow and impales its wings with knives before killing it. He then ingests the crow’s blood, stealing Ashe’s power. Suddenly mortal, Ashe nearly dies from the shock, but is revived after seeing a vision of Danny telling him to keep fighting. Ashe must now attempt to rescue Sarah by seeking out Judah in his lair, an abandoned church. Judah gets the best of the weakened Ashe in the ensuing fight. Judah ties a rope around Ashe and savagely whips him, intending to hang him.

Sarah rushes up and stabs Judah in the forehead, causing Judah to drop Ashe. Judah pulls out the knife and starts moving toward Ashe. Sarah gets in the way, and Judah stabs her in the stomach. Ashe gets up and impales Judah on a metal pipe, but this does not kill Judah either. While Judah is still impaled, Ashe calls upon a murder of crows, which devour Judah. Sarah dies in Ashe’s arms, a tableau reminiscent of a painting she had completed earlier in the film. Ashe returns to death, knowing that he can rest in peace with Sarah, and his son.
Image result for THUY TRANG THE CROWAlthough this film was assaulted straight away by critics and crow fans alike i think it was mostly ok. This film was not done justice in my opinion, The lack of Brandon Lee from the first film gave it bad write ups which is unfair. Complaints about how the film was a rehash of the first is also unfair, There’s quite a limited way of showing how a man comes back from the dead to avenge his murder. The film in my opinion is a good attempt at bringing the Crow back. The film’s downfall is however the fault of Miramax. The movie was edited to Make the main character Ashe Corven a nice guy, in the unedited version he was unkind and gave up on his mission, not allowing himself to rest in peace. Overall i liked this film. As in the previous Crow film the soundtrack does it justice.

This really is a love-or-hate film isn’t it? Well I love it. This has got to be the funniest film I’ve ever seen. There literally is a laugh a minute, make that half a minute! Even the storyline is taking the micky out of spy films: the retired agent is dragged back into the service to save the daughter of his dead ex-girlfriend, and save the world of course. The characters are brilliant, the evil genius is a psychotic, armless general; he director of the agency is a master of disguises who hides himself as a sofa, a wall, some curtains and even the floor! Some of the jokes are classic laughs, puns and parodies (the “raindrops keep falling on my head” bit springs to mind) and some are hilarious slapstick. If you like laughing, buy this film!

Secret agent WD-40 Dick Steele (Leslie Nielsen) has his work cut out for him. Along with the mysterious and lovely Veronique Ukrinsky, Agent 3.14, he must rescue the kidnapped Barbara Dahl and stop the evil genius, a General named Rancor (Andy Griffith), from seizing control of the entire world. Rancor was wounded in an earlier encounter and no longer has arms. However, he can “arm” himself by attaching robotic limbs with various weapons attached. Steele is talked out of retirement by an old friend, agent Steven Bishop (Robert Guillaume), and given his new assignment by The Director (Charles Durning), who also is testing out a variety of elaborate disguises. At headquarters, Steele encounters an old agency nemesis, Norm Coleman (Barry Bostwick), and flirts with the Director’s adoring secretary, referred to as Miss Cheevus (Marcia Gay Harden).
On the job, Steele is assisted by an agent named Kabul (John Ales), who gives him rides in a never-ending variety of specially designed cars. They seek help from McLuckey (Mason Gamble), a blond child, home alone, who is very good at fending off intruders. Steele resists the temptations of a dangerous woman (Talisa Soto) he finds waiting for him in bed. But he does work very closely with Agent 3.14 (Nicollette Sheridan), whose father, Professor Ukrinsky (Elya Baskin), is also being held captive by Rancor.
Everything comes to an explosive conclusion at the General’s remote fortress, where Steele rescues both Barbara Dahl (Stephanie Romanov) and Miss Cheevus and launches a literally disarmed Rancor into outer space, saving mankind.
this really is a love-or-hate film isn’t it? Well I love it. This has got to be one of the funniest film I’ve ever seen. There literally is a laugh a minute, make that half a minute!

MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS – LIFE’S A MASQUERADE
The gang is helping to decorate the Youth Center for the Halloween costume party. Bulk and Skull end up having to help, Zack goes after Angela again, and Tommy helps Kimberly paint. Bulk and Skull’s antics once again end with Bulk getting hit with a bucket of paint. Rita Repulsa goes ahead with her plan to mine Super Putty, but needs to distract the Rangers. Finster creates a Frankenstein Monster. It’s sent to Angel Grove.
Image result for POWER RANGERS LIFES A MASQUERADE
The five main Rangers convene at Billy’s house, all wearing costumes. Tommy is still finishing his costume and plans on catching up with them. Bulk and Skull try on costumes in hope of finding ones that will win the the big prize at the party, but just end up going in their usual punk outfits. Alpha shows up at the party because he wanted to party and hang out with the Rangers, and this costume bash would be the perfect opportunity (Alpha is soon surrounded by fawning girls, to Zack’s consternation). Frankenstein Monster crashes as well, but no one seems to notice, not even Alpha and his new fan club. Finster heads the mining of the Super Putty at some cave. Frankenstein Monster gets violent after its foiled attempt to catch the Rangers. It chases Bulk and Skull outside of the Youth Center. Billy follows the monster to the cave. He morphs and battles the beast with little success. He regroups with the others at the costume party as Rita erupts from the surface of Angel Grove on top of a giant ball of Super Putty. At the Command Center, Zordon fills the five in on Rita’s plans. Tommy is ambushed by Putties outside the Youth Center. The other five morph and go to confront Frankenstein Monster. It’s very powerful and the Rangers are barely holding out when Rita makes Frankenstein Monster grow.
Image result for POWER RANGERS LIFES A MASQUERADEMegazord duels with the monster and Tommy is finally able to morph and join his friends. Neither Dragonzord or Megazord have luck with fighting the creature so Dragonzord Battle Mode is formed. With the The Power Staff, the Rangers finally kill Frankenstein Monster after he initially manhandles the Dragonzord Battle Mode.Back at the Juice Bar, the Rangers celebrate their victory over Rita once again. Tommy runs off to change into his costume. Kim tells Alpha that he is a hit at the party, calling him by name in front of his new fawning fan club. Bulk and Skull show up to pick on the young robot, calling him a tin can. Tommy shows up in his Frankenstein Monster costume at the party. Ernie declares the winner of the costume contest to be… Alpha! Bulk tells Skull to grab a can opener, as he wants to learn what Alpha really is. Alpha states that his identity is one mystery that will have to remain unsolved, and he walks off with his newfound fan club.
An excellent first attempt for an Halloween episode, choosing Frankenstein as the monster was brilliant.
MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS  – TRICK OR TREAT
Kimberly boasts to Trini and Tommy that she is going to be competing on Trick or Treat, the most popular game show in the country, and possibly win a new car. Unfortunately, her opponent just happens to be Skull, whom Bulk claims is going to be unbeatable. Up in the Moon Palace, Rita Repulsa has received word that her new monster Pumpkin Rapper has been planted and is ready to grow. As Trick or Treat begins, the host explains the rules. Each contestant asks him a trick question, and stumping him earns a Pumpkin Point. The one with the most points at the end wins. While the other Rangers are cheering for Kimberly, Tommy (who couldn’t go to the show due to having previously signed up for a karate tournament) stumbles onto a pumpkin patch full of rotten pumpkins in the park. Rita panics and has Putties sent down to deter Tommy from finding her monster, but he fights them off and informs Zordon of the attack before heading for the tournament.

Kimberly quickly takes an impressive lead on Pumpkin Points, while Bulk helps Skull cheat by giving him hints from the audience. Just when she is one point away from winning, however, the other Rangers gesture to Kimberly that Zordon is calling and she is forced to fake a fainting spell in order to be taken off the set, making Skull the winner by default. Once they arrive at the Command Center, Zordon fills them in on the situation. After morphing, the Rangers arrive in the park and investigate the pumpkins. They suddenly latch onto their heads in an attempt to suffocate the Rangers, but Kimberly avoids getting caught and uses her Blade Blaster to free them. The pumpkins suddenly rise up and turn into pumpkin-headed Putties, and Pumpkin Rapper awakens to challenge the Rangers with both his electrified vines and his horrible rap-lyrics. Zordon is forced to summon Tommy into battle, costing him his spot in the tournament but saving the Rangers in time. With Tommy holding him down, the Rangers squash Pumpkin Rapper with the Power Blaster. Kimberly and Tommy shrug over being forced to lose their respective contests, but console themselves in knowing that they’re both winners. Bulk and Skull soon arrive to show off their new car, but their ride comes to an end when a representative of Network Standards and Practices declares Skull’s win as forfeit due to his and Bulk’s cheating and takes back the car.
The second Halloween episode is one of my all favorites, making a Kimberly episode was just brilliant and I really liked the Pumpkin Rapper monster. The game show part was funny too.
MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS – ZEDD’S MONSTER MASH
As the teens enjoy Halloween with some of their young friends, Lord Zedd instructs the putties to crash the annual Youth Center Halloween Party by disguising themselves as kids. Then, as Tommy takes the disguised putties trick-or-treating, Goldar kidnaps him to a secret location to battle the most vicious Halloween monsters.
A Simple Halloween episode but a fun one, Tommy vs Monsters of the past, also the first mention of the peace conference, so it makes the episode important.
MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS SPECIAL – LORD ZEDD’S MONSTER HEADS
Lord Zedd obseves a Halloween party on Earth that the rangers are attending, and he seems impressed. Goldar suggests sending the Putties down, but Zedd turns around in anger; no, they will not be attacking the rangers today. They will give them a break from fighting evil for now, and let the humans of Earth have some peace for once. Instead, they will be having their own Halloween party, and there is no one better to do so than a Master of Evil such as himself. Previously destroyed monsters are recreated to serve as the guests for the party. Everyone has a good time, finally enjoying a day were they weren’t dealt a defeat by the Power Rangers. Fireworks go off outside the palace bringing the story to an end and closing it on a high note.
Doomstone
This Special was a direct video sold in the USA and is found on the series DVD, its mostly recycled footage with newly dubbed lines, its worth seeing but it is better to stick to the normal Halloween episodes.
POWER RANGERS ZEO – IT CAME FROM ANGEL GROVE
It’s a dark and stormy night at Angel Grove High School, and Adam is staying late to study while Tanya is asleep and Bulk and Skull are on night patrol. When Tanya gets up to leave, Bulk and Skull warn her that it’s a full moon tonight and that unusual things can happen under it, but Tanya just laughs and agrees to walk them home. As he studies, Adam is distracted by the television as it begins playing a favorite old monster movie of his, The Bride of Hackensack, and he ends up falling asleep on the sofa.
Later, Adam is rudely woken up when a black cat runs into the room. Adam chases it, only to run into Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd as they stand in the darkened hallway of the high school. They tell him that while he slept, the Machine Empire took over the planet and brainwashed his friends. Adam’s only hope is to follow the cat as it leads him to a powerful sorcerer, and he must also collect the cape of a vampire, the hair of a werewolf, the wrappings of a mummy, and the eye of a cat in order to earn the sorcerer’s trust and turn back the Machines. As Adam steps through a door, he finds himself in a black-and-white world and meets a vampire named Tomacula as a familiar-looking bartender serves drinks to him and his friends… except Tomacula wants something a little more fresh from Adam’s veins. King Mondo suddenly appears to taunt Adam and send down Cogs, and Adam grabs Tomacula’s cape while he’s distracted.
A voice suddenly calls out as a rope appears. Adam climbs it and appears in a forest where he meets Lord Henry. He and the villagers are on watch for a werewolf in the area, but Adam finds out that Henry himself is the werewolf. When Henry falls into the bushes, Adam grabs some of his caught hair and flees. After meeting with the local Burgermeister, Adam is directed to a nearby cave where a professor is researching the tomb of Prince Bulkenhotep. The mummified prince wakes up and chases them until Adam helps him unwind by pulling his wrappings off. Adam leaves the cave and arrives inside a strange laboratory, where Dr. William von Hackensack and his assistant Eye-Gor are at work creating a zombie bride. Suddenly, the cat reappears and transforms into Valencia, queen of the witches. She demands that Adam submits to her power, but he takes her cat’s-eye pendant and she melts away.
The four items gathered, Adam finally reaches the wizard Zordonicus, who forces him to choose one of his friends to fight the evil Drill Master. When Adam asks himself what Tommy would do in his situation, Zordonicus accepts it as Adam’s answer and sends Tommy into the battle. Tommy struggles against Drill Master, but he ultimately triumphs over the monster. Adam demands that Zordonicus revert the world to normal, but the sorcerer reveals himself to be King Mondo and sends monsters to destroy him. Adam is suddenly jostled awake by Tommy, Kat, Tanya, and Rocky. As it turns out, Adam had slept through the whole night and suffered through one big nightmare. While Bulk and Skull pass through chasing what looks like the cat from his dream, Adam sees a TV commercial for an encore showing of The Bride of Hackensack. The other Rangers plan to watch it later, but Adam decides to pass on the offer as he’s had enough of scary movies.
An excellent episode one of the best Halloween specials and indeed one of the best episodes ever.
POWER RANGERS TURBO – CARLOS AND THE COUNT
While on his way home from Bulk and Skull’s Scary Film Festival, Carlos is ambushed and bitten in the park by Divatox’s latest monster, Count Nocturne. The next day, Carlos slowly starts to develop the attributes of a vampire, and the other Power Rangers quickly try to cure him and take down Count Nocturne. Meanwhile, Bulk and Skull are determined to slay Carlos before he turns his friends into vampires too.
This was a good showcase episode for Carl, it’s a fun episode seeing Carlos as he transforms into a vampire and Justin trying o prove to the others that Carlos is a Vampire.
POWER RANGERS OPERATION OVERDRIVE – RONNY ON EMPTY – PART 1 & 2
Ronny throws a Halloween party and everyone helps out. All except for Will. When Moltor and the Fearcats work together at powering a new robot, they capture Ronny and Will. Now the two of them must escape while
the others go to Egypt in order to find the next jewel.
Another fun Halloween episode, I know overdrive is not well liked among PR fans but I liked it, this 2 parter also plants a few seeds for future episodes so it is an important one

POWER RANGERS SAMURAI – PARTY MONSTERS
In the Nighlok Heaven, a Nighlok knocks on the door and gives the password. He is greeted in the Spookeasy Club and their Halloween Party. The Nighloks are having a party and wishing each other Happy Halloween. Negatron is bummed that they are all ghosts. They decide to share each of their stories against the Rangers. Madimot is the first one to reveal his story. At the Sanzu River, Master Xandred is depressed from his failures. Back at the Party, the Nighloks continue their party. Dreadhead shows off his Red Ranger pumpkin followed by his story. Antberry shares his story against the Blue and Gold Rangers. Yamiror goes next with his story. Back at the Sanzu River, Octoroo and Dayu try to cheer up Master Xandred.
The stories continue with Desperaino and Rofer. Negatron gets his chance to share his story. Moogers join the party with their own costumes. One of the Moogers is dressed as the Samurai Megazord. Steeleto and Vulpes share their stories. The Sanzu River punch bowl is now emptied. Splitface shares his story of his Mega fight.
Dreadhead talks about his battle against the Beetle Cannon. Rhinosnorus shares his brief story about exploding behind the Blue Ranger. Tooya shares his story against the Red Ranger. The Nighloks reveal how they were defeated. The party ends before Master Xandred can pay a visit. Octoroo states that the party was for those in the Nighlok obituary only.
This maybe part clipshow, but i’s good to see the monsters given a showcase episode which is fitting for Halloween it is also great to see what happens to Monsters after they are defeated.
POWER RANGERS SUPER SAMURAI – TRICKSTER TREAT
Master Xandred and Octoroo deploy a mind-bending Nighlok named Trickster, trapping the Power Rangers in a series of horror movies. The Rangers must figure out what is reality and what is illusion. Will the Rangers escape the nightmare?
Good use of recycled footage, with a new monster that used to his potential.  A very different Halloween episode than use too but a fun one.
POWER RANGERS MEGAFORCE – RAISING SPIRITS
The Mega Rangers are at Ernie’s as Emma plans to make pumpkin pie for them while Gia, Troy and Noah are carving pumpkins. Jake later arrives showing them a fortune teller’s tent (which wasn’t there that morning).
The fortune teller is actually a monster named Glytcher, who can make machines glitch. After giving the Rangers (minus Emma) a bunch of visions of past monsters, Glytcher finds out who the Rangers are.  They morph and fight him but are outmatched even with Robo Knight helping them. Emma later finds out and has Ernie watch the pie for her as she helps them and together, they destroy Glytcher, who grows due to a Zombat. They form the Gosei Great and Gosei Grand Megazords to destroy the monster. At Ernie’s, Ernie presents the five with the pie which was baked for 650 degrees for 3 hours though it was supposed to be 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Jake wants to try it but the pie explodes. The Ranger later say “Ernie!”. A great Halloween episode, yes it may be part clipshow but it is still good and the storyline is again fun. Maybe a Emma episode but there  are some nice Jake and Gia moments.
POWER RANGERS DINO CHARGE – THE GHOSTEST WITH THE MOSTEST
Image result for POWER RANGERS DINO CHARGE THE GHOSTEST WITH MOSTESS
This episode opens up on Sledge’s ship, where Wrench has just completed his resurrection platform. With it, he can bring back any monster the rangers have destroyed. His first target, is Duplicon, who Sledge wants to send to the proper authorities, to collect his bounty. However Duplicon escapes, and makes his way to the prison cells where Curio is, wishing all of the captives a Happy Halloween, and expresses his excitement for going Trick or Treating. Duplicon crashes into Curio, right in front of Memorella’s cell. As Sledge aproches, Memorella uses her powers and reads Sledge’s mind. It’s here, she pitches Sledge an idea he can’t turn down: Memorella will capture a ranger and read its mind, then Duplicon will turn Memorella into that ranger, allowing her to walk into the base, and take the energems. This is a much simpler task as today is also the Amber Beach Dinosaur Museum’s Halloween Party, allowing Memorella to walk right in through the front door without a problem.
Back at the base, Kendall is finishing the touches on the Dino Cupid Charge, dressed as Cupid. The six rangers show up, all in the same bed sheet ghost costumes created by Chase. As the rangers go enjoy the party, Memorella makes her move and captures one of the rangers, and Duplicon transforms her. Kendall calls the rangers back to the base, after detecting alien DNA, and seeing the security footage.Realizing one of the rangers is a fake, Kendall starts interrogating the rangers with a lie detector, by asking them about their experiences. However as Shelby is being asked why she decided to dress up as a princess to fool Fury, Kendall realizes that Memorella is disguised as Koda. Simply because Koda always calls her Kendall, and not Ms. Morgan, as the others do. This theory is proven true as the real Koda slides through the base, having escaped. Koda takes back his energem and Memorella escapes.
The rangers track her down and the battle begins. Using the Cupid Charger, Shelby makes the Vivix fall in love with Memorella who hold her down, while Ivan deals the finishing blow. Sledge infuriated orders the magna beam be fired, and Memorella is supersized. Ivan volunteers to fight Memorella with the Ptera Charge Megazord. However, at Ivan’s request, Tyler joins the fight, using the Pachy Zord, and creates the Ptera Charge Megazord: Pachy formation. Using the wrecking ball, the rangers are victorious.
Back on his ship, Sledge is furious with Duplicon, not only with his failure, but the fact he and Curio went trick or treating as Memorella did all the work. Duplicon tries to explain he didn’t, but Curio comes in with a transport pod full of candy.Infuriated even further, Sledge locks Duplicon up in his stinkiest cell. Back at the Dino Bite Cafe kitchen, Shelby is trying to get the jammed Cupid Charger out of her morpher, when Tyler asks why Shelby did the princess routine. As she tries to explain, Shelby accidentally shoots Chase, where he falls in love with his own reflection.
Dino Charge has just been plain awesome from episode 1 and this Halloween episode is no different, t’s part clipshow but the clips are useful to the story. Kendall looked amazing as always. Great  episode and although it only aired a we ago it’s become one my of favorite episodes

In 1993. It was an intriguing time in the United States as we saw elements of Japanese pop culture starting to make its way to television. From Japanese animation being shown on television, so was a sentai series known as “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers”.

Based on the 16th installment of the Super Sentai franchise and known as “Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger” in Japan, “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” became an amazing hit as it aired on Fox Kids and made Saban Entertainment a household name for people growing up at that time. Instead of releasing the Japanese version of the series and providing an English dub, Saban Entertainment wrote new episodes and just used the footage featuring the action sequences including the rangers and their mecha vehicles incorporated to the new footage. “Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” was a simple story focusing on five teenagers in the fictional city of Angel Grove, California. The five teenagers, who are good friends, included the fitness jock Jason Lee Scott (as portrayed by Austin St. John), the dancer Zack Taylor (as portrayed by Walter Jones), the gymnast Kimberly Hart (As portrayed by Amy Jo Johnson), the intelligent Billy Cranston (as portrayed by David Yost) and the always happy Trini Kwan (as portrayed by Thuy Trang).the_power_is_on___power_rangers_2017_movie_v2_by_bilico86-da2fbbo
While the teens put hang out at a teen Youth Center owned by Ernie (As portrayed by Richard Genelle) and are often upset at the local wannabe bullies Bulk (as portrayed by Paul Schrier) and Skull (as portrayed by Jason Narvy), everyone likes to have fun at the center.

While in space, two astronauts discover an extraterrestrial container and when they open it, they inadvertently release the evil alien sorceress named Rita Repulsa who was confined in the container for over 10,000 years. And now Rita has her sights of conquering the planet Earth with her evil space aliens and monsters. The wise sage known as Zordon, who was responsible for capturing Rita and confining her, now needs to make sure Earth is protected. So, Zodon has his robotic assistant named Alpha 5, find five teenagers who can help defend the Earth from Rita’s attacks. And the five teenagers are brought to headquarters to meet Zordon and Alpha 5 and find out that they have been selected to defend the Planet Earth from Rita Repulsa’s attacks. They will be given the power of the Power Rangers, dino-powered warriors of goodness. Jason becomes Red Ranger, Zack becomes Black Ranger, Billy becomes Blu Ranger, Trini becomes Yellow Ranger and Kimberly becomes Pink Ranger. The five are given weapons and a vehicle to control. And when their opponent becomes too strong for all five to challenge, the five can use their vehicles to become one huge robot known as the Megazord. As the five teens use their new powers to defend the planet from Rita Repulsa’s monsters, a new teenager with martial arts skills shows up in Angel Grove. His name is Tommy Oliver (portrayed by Jason David Frank), who has the power of the Green Ranger, but is he friend or foe? As the first season focused on Rita trying to use the Tommy/green power ranger against the Power Rangers and then trying to regain the power, the second season would introduce new antagonists.

In season two, Rita Repulsa’s superior, Lord Zedd has arrived and upset with her performance, he throws her into the space dumpster and focuses on his own personal campaign to conquer Earth. But because of the new threat, Zordon and Alpha upgrade the Dinozords into the Thunderzords, with the exception of Tommy who must continue to use the Dragonzord.

Meanwhile, as Zedd ties to focus on eliminating Tommy, Zed creates a special green crystal in order to take away the powers of the Green Ranger and also power up Zedd’s Dark Rangers. Meanwhile, Jason, Zack and Trini are chosen to attend the World Peace Conference in Switzerland and that means that the Power Rangers will need new members. And the three’s powers are transferred over to new members Rocky DeSantos (portrayed by Steve Cardenas), the new red ranger; Adam Park (portrayed by Johnny Yong Bosch), the new black ranger and Aisha Campbell (portrayed by Karan Ashley); the new yellow ranger. This will eventually lead to a new storyline featuring a transformation of Tommy into the White Ranger with a Tigerzord and become the new leader of the group. As for Rita Repulsa, she makes her re-appearances, albeit with a special makeover to have a younger and prettier face. Thus creating two power-house antagonists that the Rangers must contend with.In season three, a new antagonist known as Rito Revolto (Rita’s skeletal brother) has now arrived on Earth and showing his might, destroys the Power Rangers Thunderzords and even the Tiger Zord. Needing new zords, the Power Rangers seek the creator of the Power Coins, Ninjor and the result is the creation of powerful Ninjazords and the Falconzord and later to the Shogunzords.the_power_is_on___power_rangers_2017_movie_v2_by_bilico86-da2fbbo
The third season introduces us to Katherine Hillard (portrayed by Catherine Sutherland) who arrives from Australia to Angel Grove and becomes the new replacement for Kimberly who chooses to pursue her dreams of competing in the Pan Global Games and becomes the new Pink Ranger. The third season also, introduces us to Rita’s father, Master vile and turns the Power Rangers into children and leads to the ten-episode mini-series (a.k.a. Season 3.5), Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers (which is included in the season three DVD release).

With Master Vile using the Orb of Doom to turn the Power Rangers into children, Zordon recruits the Alien Rangers of Aquitar for their help. Meanwhile, Billy tries to find a way to restore everyone back to their normal ages and that is to find the fragments of the Zeo Crystal.the_power_is_on___power_rangers_2017_movie_v2_by_bilico86-da2fbbo
