Brigitte shaves her body, cuts her arm with a scalpel, and logs the data about her healing ability. Ginger, her dead sister, appears as an apparition and warns her that monkshood is only a treatment, not a cure. After Brigitte injects a second dose of monkshood, she senses the presence of a male werewolf that has been stalking her. She quickly packs and open the door, only to find Jeremy, a flirtatious librarian who has brought to her several books she attempted to check out earlier. The second injection causes toxic shock, and Jeremy attempts to bring her to the hospital; however, the male werewolf mauls him to death. Brigitte stumbles down the street and collapses in the snow.Image result for ginger snaps unleashedBrigitte wakes in a rehab clinic, from which she unsuccessfully attempts to escape. She pleads to be released, but the clinic’s director Alice refuses. However, Brigitte palms a piece of glass to measure her healing rate. Tyler, a worker at the clinic, offers to trade monkshood for sexual favors, which she declines. As her healing rate accelerates, so does her rate of transformation. Ginger continues to appear, taunting Brigitte as she experiences growing cravings for sex and murder, as did Ginger previously. During a group therapy session, Brigitte fantasizes about being instructed to lie on the floor and masturbate; a vision of Ginger jolts her back to reality, and her palm is revealed to be covered in hair. Later, depressed, she holds the shard of glass to her throat in front of a mirror, but she does not kill herself.Image result for ginger snaps unleashedWhile at the clinic, a girl named Ghost – the granddaughter of Barbara, a severe burn victim at the hospital – shadows Brigitte and realizes her secret. Ghost slips Brigitte a werewolf comic book and begins to question her about lycanthropy. When Ghost notices that Brigitte’s ears have become pointed, Brigitte cuts off the tips. Ghost attempts to slip Brigitte more monkshood, but Tyler prevents it. In despair at her rate of transformation, Brigitte allows Tyler to inject her. After the male werewolf tracks Brigitte to the clinic, she and Ghost plan their escape. They crawl through air vents to reach the basement, where they encounter Beth-Ann, an addict who traded sex for drugs. The male werewolf kills and drags away Beth-Ann, and Brigitte is wounded after she burns the beast in a crematorium; however, her wounds heal almost instantly.MV5BZjJlNWY0NTYtNTJmMi00M2VhLWE5MzYtZWU4MGYxZWQ2ZjFiXkEyXkFqcGdeQXVyNDgyODgxNjE@._V1_Ghost drives them to Barbara’s house and explains that Barbara fell asleep with her bedtime cigarette. After they sleep and Brigitte eats a hunted deer, they arrange a meeting at a gas station with Tyler to procure more monkshood. When Brigitte wanders in the gas station, she discovers the attendant has been slain. Tyler arrives and when they return Barbara’s house, Brigitte’s body rejects the monkshood. Worried, Tyler calls Alice. Ghost tricks Brigitte into thinking that Tyler abused her, and Brigitte locks Tyler outside, where the werewolf kills him. Alice arrives, and Ghost attacks her with Barbara’s hunting rifle. When Brigitte realizes that Barbara is not a smoker, she aggressively pins Ghost against the wall and argues with her; she realizes that Tyler did not abuse Ghost, and Ghost herself burnt Barbara. Alice attempts to take Ghost with her, but retreats to the attic once the werewolf breaks in through a window. Brigitte, whose transformation is almost complete, lures the werewolf into a room. Brigitte stabs him while Ghost distracts the werewolf. The werewolf bites Brigitte, and, as they struggle, they both fall into the basement, where the werewolf is impaled on a trapped mattress. Ghost hits Alice with a hammer, and a weakened Brigitte begs Ghost to kill her before the transformation completes. Instead, Ghost locks her in the basement and illustrates a comic book that depicts herself as a powerful warrior with a werewolf pet. Ghost narrates that Brigitte is getting stronger and is waiting to be unleashed on her enemies. As the film ends, Ghost prepares to welcome Barbara home.bloodytea03This is a tremendous horror sequel which has little in common with the first film; in fact it’s a whole different beast. For most of it’s running time ‘unleashed’ is barely recognisable as a werewolf movie in the traditional sense; instead we get something altogether darker and more intimate. A deliciously twisted fairy tale.

One month after Chucky’s demise in the last film, Tiffany Valentine (Jennifer Tilly), a former girlfriend and accomplice of serial killer Charles Lee Ray (Brad Dourif) acquires Chucky’s remains from a police compound after murdering Officer Robert Bailey (Vince Coraza), who removed the doll’s remains from an evidence locker. Believing that Ray’s soul still inhabits the doll, Tiffany crudely stitches Chucky back together and reenacts the voodoo ritual which had instilled Ray’s soul inside the doll ten years ago.The incantations fail at first, but Chucky suddenly springs to life and kills Tiffany’s Goth admirer Damien (Alexis Arquette) as Tiffany looks on with excitement. Later, Tiffany and Chucky have an argument because Tiffany believed that Chucky wanted to marry her. Upon learning he had no intention of doing so, Tiffany locks Chucky in a playpen, and later gives him a doll in a wedding dress to make fun of him. While Tiffany is taking a bath, Chucky escapes the play pen and pushes the television set into the bathtub, electrocuting her. He then uses the same voodoo ritual to transfer Tiffany’s soul into the bride doll in order for her to feel what he went through as a living doll. Still intent on becoming human again, Chucky plans to retrieve the magical amulet that was buried with Ray’s body to transfer their souls into the bodies of Tiffany’s neighbor Jesse (Nick Stabile) and his girlfriend Jade (Katherine Heigl).Tiffany sends Jesse a message asking him to transport the two dolls to Hackensack, New Jersey, in exchange for money. Jesse convinces Jade to go with him, but as they pack up, Jade’s strict and overprotective uncle police chief Warren (John Ritter) plants a bag of marijuana in Jesse’s van to frame him. Chucky and Tiffany set up a car airbag to launch nails into his face, then hide the body. Jesse and Jade return and begin their trip.Outside a convenience store, they are pulled over by Officer Norton, who searches Jesse’s car and finds the marijuana. As he goes back to his patrol car to report it, Chucky causes the car to explode, killing Officer Norton in the process, and Jesse and Jade flee the scene. They stop at a wedding chapel/hotel and get married. Meanwhile, Warren, still alive, tries to escape but is killed by Chucky. While Jesse and Jade are at the hotel, a con artist couple steals Jesse’s money. As the criminals have sex in their room, Tiffany throws a bottle at the mirrored ceiling. The falling shards of glass kill the two con artists. Amazed at the murder, Chucky proposes to Tiffany. The next morning, a maid finds the corpses of the couple, and Jesse and Jade drive away with their best friend David (Gordon Michael Woolvett), who knew about their plan to elope. David reveals that Jesse and Jade are the main suspects for all of the deaths. He finds Warren’s body in the car and confront them. The dolls come alive and hold them hostage with guns, ordering them to keep driving. David alerts a police officer and is instantly killed by a passing truck. Horrified, Jesse and Jade drive away with the dolls.Chucky and Tiffany reveal their plan, and direct Jesse to steal a mobile home to use as a new vehicle to evade the police. While Tiffany prepares Jade for the body-switch, Jade convinces her to turn on Chucky. A fight between Tiffany and Chucky ensues. Jade locks Tiffany into an oven, while Jesse pushes Chucky out the window. Chucky shoots at Jesse, causing the mobile home to run off the road and into a ditch. Chucky forces Jade at gunpoint to take him to his grave site, while Jesse takes Tiffany and follows them. Chucky orders Jade to open the casket and take the amulet, which she does. Jesse then appears with Tiffany and they trade hostages, but Chucky throws a knife into Jesse’s back, and ties up the couple for the ritual. Before Chucky begins the incantation, Tiffany distracts Chucky, then unsuccessfully attempts to kill him. After a fight, Tiffany is stabbed in the heart and collapses. Jesse knocks Chucky into his grave, A private investigator (Lawrence Dane) arrives and witnesses the scene. Jade grabs The Investigator’s gun and shoots Chucky to death. The investigator contacts the police, telling them that Chucky is responsible for the murders and that Jesse and Jade are not guilty and then tells them that they are free to go home which they then leave to go home. As the investigator inspects Tiffany, she gives birth to a baby doll before finally dying. The baby doll then attacks the investigator and the scene cuts to black.By far, the film was the most superior in the Child’s Play Series. It was amazingly hilarious and refreshing.. We had a fresh array of characters, a brilliant Cliffhanger and a new Killer Doll. Inventive new murders were used such as the Champagne Bottle and Ceiling Mirror, the Nails in the Car and the Bus hitting that poor fellow. The film ended amazingly as Glen appeared to burst out of Tiffany’s womb, leaving the door open for Seed of Chucky.

Earth: Final Conflict (1997)A lot of E:FC fans were turned off when the series changed direction, when they killed off Kevin Kilner (Boone’s) character, and brought Robert Leeshock (Liam) to replace him. I for one fell in love with it, then watched it to the end during its normal run on television, including the Season 5. I can see how a lot of people would be pissed off that they axed Kevin Kilner (Boone) from the series. However, I must say that Liam Kincaid’s story arc, of him being a “man who’s more than human,” having Shaqarava in his palms (for Season 2 at least), having supposedly 75% Jaridian DNA, having precognitive powers, and his relationship with Augur, Lili, Doors, (as well as others introduced in Seasons 3 and 4) made for a good show.61e9bec633b987021515c8c2da512249I must say that E:FC would be nothing without the Liam Kincaid story arc. He carried the series from Season 2 to Season 4. Liam Kincaid, Ronald Sandoval, Da’an, and Zo’or. These are the players to watch out for, the major movers and shakers whose interplays determine the future of Earth.Emancipation_liamLiam’s relationship with Da’an was the strongest in Season 2, and it was very entertaining to see him use powers such as the Shaqarava, which can, among other things, fire lethal blasts, revive recently slain allies, deflect Jaridian Replicant energy beams, expel Dark Matter. Season 2 is different from the first, but still fun.
